Adebis Photo Editor is an image editing program. It is intended for both professional photographers and novices.

With noise filter you can change the size of the preview area. Besides, you can resize the image and crop it if you need. The scale of the image can be changed by using the option on the upper toolbar, or just zoom it with the mouse wheel. In addition, there are a lot of effects and filters. You can make image black and white, sharp it, and correct the brightness. Using the Edit menu you can rotate the image to 90 degrees or to flip it. Also it is possible to customize the background color, using the Options window. There is a full image preview mode so you can see all changes immediately. The advantage of this editor is that it allows to correct the mistakes, and at the same you don’t loose the adjustment you have made after this step.
